After a collaborative workshop with the client, we shaped a tone combining nostalgia, warmth, and playfulness. The idea of a grandmotherly character became the heart of the concept. I designed “Mrs. Lemon” as a smiling mascot in a yoga pose, showing that yoga is for all ages and bodies. The illustration nods to vintage packaging, with hand-drawn lines and textured fills. I created flexible logo variations for signage, menus, and social media, and built a color palette inspired by Lisbon interiors: dusty yellows, mint greens, and off-whites. Deliverables included the mascot system, logo suite, custom icons, and café mockups, all designed to create a homey, welcoming identity.
