Nike Air Max 1 '86 MACRO Museum, Rome

Two posters. One iconic sneaker. A creative journey from myth to legacy.

A visual tribute to Nike’s legacy, showcased at MACRO Rome: one sneaker, two creative visions.

During my studies at NABA Rome, I was selected to take part in a special collaboration with Nike and Studio Natale. My two posters for the Air Max 1 '86 project were exhibited at MACRO Museum, each exploring a different creative direction: one visionary and dreamlike, the other bold and iconic.

Poster 1

A tribute to rebirth, showing how a legendary sneaker can be infused with fresh energy. I combined AI-generated textures with digital collage to depict the Air Max floating mid-air, light and almost mythological.

Poster 2

A punchy homage to Nike’s legacy. I used bold vintage-style typography with a clean, texture-free aesthetic. The numbers “1986” dominate the layout, contrasted by the soft word “Air,” evoking the cushioning system inside the sole.
